EVOLUTION
All Individuals go through a process of Evolution in life, a series of Passages from:

1st Passage of Birth- ranging from -Disintegration to +Vitality
2nd Passage of Autonomy/Intimacy- ranging from -Co-Dependency to +Confidence
3rd Passage of Independence- ranging from -Separation to +Differentiation
4th Passage of Manifestation/Self-Definition- ranging from -Acquiescence to +Self-Realization
5th Passage of Recreation- ranging from -Resentment to +Appreciation
6th Passage of Comprehension- ranging from -Solitary to +Support
7th Passage of Death- ranging from -Attachment to +Transcendence
---
To move from one Passage to the next means that you process, complete and comprehend its process from its

-Pole into its +Pole termed above. But you can move from -Pole to -Pole of each Passage over life too.

Let's say you move from +Confidence, into -Separation, then -Acquiescence, then -Resentment.

Although you'd technically be in the 5th Passage, you'd be stuck in the 3rd Passage, and would have to resolve the 3rd into +Differentiation and the 4th into +Self-Realization, to officially work on that 5th Passage and shift any

-Resentment into +Appreciation.

BIOLOGICAL AGE VS MATURING PSYCHE

It tends to be that these Passages line up with natural Biological Age in that the
1st is relative to Conception>Birth, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th to a Culture's periods of Childhood, Adolescence, Adulthood, and Elderhood, the 6th to Comprehending Mortality, and the 7th to the Impact of your Death.
---
However it is entirely possible that some may progress through these passages much faster, such as beginning the
5th Passage at Age 35, when it is normally begun Age 60 in Western culture.
It is also entirely possible for one to remain stuck in a passage all their life, such as a 70 year old stuck in the
2nd or 3rd Passage of Establishing Autonomy or Independence.

In a way then, you have 7 Biological Passages as you physically age, and 7 Psychological Passages as you metaphysically age. The former process is inevitable, while the latter is done at a self-pace.

STAGES
Each Passage Contains
7 Stages- which show how you relate to that Passage. And each Stage has its own Polarities, which can be further contextualized depending on the Passage it is in.

There are two ways to move through these stages. Either you move from
S1's -Pole to +Pole, then S2's -Pole to +Pole etc.- eventually resolving all 7 Stages and completing the Passage in its +Pole.

Or you move from S1's -Pole to S2's -Pole to S3's -Pole etc., and eventually complete the passage in its -Pole- so you must go back to resolve those stages stuck in their - into their +.
(So if any stage or passage is stuck in the -, all taken on after it will default to the - as well. But once that stage or passage moves into its +, then the next stage/passage can now be moved into its + and so forth.)

1st Stage
This is the Preparatory INITIATION Stage.

Usually it is not very noticeable in effect, as you've only just begun the respective Passage.

It sets the ball running- evaluating your Instinctive -Distrust for this new process and moving you into greater +Trust with it.

2nd Stage
This is the Preparatory INTROSPECTION Stage.
It settles you into the foundation of the Passage internally, and brings up your Emotions about the new process.
Usually, a sense of dread, anxiety & intense introspection arises

as you compare the value of what you know- with the value of something that's replacing or updating that. So you would move from defensive -Projection to calm +Reflection.

3rd Stage
This is the Preparatory REALIZATION Stage.

Usually new identities and ideas of you will emerge now as you work to release ideas that no longer define you.

It invokes your Intellect into understanding the new process and so evaluates your -Reaction against & perceptions of +Responsibility for committing to the Passage.

4th Stage
This is the MANIFESTATION Stage. It is finally time to DO the work of the process externally, and see how your actions are affecting both your body and others around.

You evaluate your -Momentum through the Passage here and create a newfound sense of +Purpose from it- now beginning to express more comfortably to you+others what/who you're becoming.

5th Stage

This is the Integrative CONTENTMENT Stage. It evaluates your feelings of internal -Division that resulted from this process and develops your perceptions of +Love for it.
As you do this, you finally begin to feel/see some satisfaction from your progress through the Passage.

6th Stage
This is the Integrative MAGNETIZATION Stage.

It brings out all your self-imposed -Illusions and opens you up to facing & perceiving the +Truth of this Passage by attracting others to enhance

your efforts and understanding.
Usually, you begin to draw in new obligations, interactions, people, paths and engaging events now- or reconnect to/stabilize existing ones:

creating a network of support for your Evolution.

7th Stage
This is the Integrative EMANATION Stage. It helps you actively recognize how you've used Energy to change disparate patterns within and around you related to the process.
So you now find peace & wholeness in a routine that becomes you and feel you're "getting back" to your life- moving from some form of

-Chaos to +Beauty.

IN VS BETWEEN PASSAGES

Being IN a Passage feels like being totally submerged in & occupied with LIVING your life- as though you're coming up for air over and over after each big experience.
You're most focused here on
LEARNING and GROWING from the Passage.
But this process can be met with great frustration, resistance and resignation if you're stuck in the
-Poles- as your efforts are met with constant struggles. Until you work up and out of that frustration to create a sense of productivity, by moving into and through the +Poles

Being BETWEEN Passages feels less like you're living/learning & more like there is work/enjoyment to do- as you're IMPLEMENTING what you've learnt from the Passage, OBSERVING the challenging or productive effects (pros and cons) of that, EXPERIMENTING with how to improve those results and then REFLECTING on and assimilating that process to implement new choices.
Essentially, you're now putting into practice what you lived through- so this can bring up some "free falling" anxiety about moving over territories of life that are meaningful & relevant to you.

If the Passage was completed in the -Poles, then this in-between state will either leave you emanating all of the -Pole Stages you did not resolve. Or you will simply abdicate the lessons of the Passage and push away any experiences that bring it back to your awareness- completely indifferent to learning more.

You do, have, are or know what you do and that is enough.
While if the Passage was completed in the +Poles, then you will emanate all of those +Poles, and feel like your life is consistently+constructively evolving in ways that are enjoyable & efficient.

---

You might also choose to live through the Passage "again and again" on deeper/more apparent levels in life- so that what you've learnt becomes a conscious skill.

Or you might casually revisit past Passages now- through nostalgia, random memories, grateful moments, surprising reunions etc. or because they provide insights+cues that would help you now.
So whether you're in the - or +Poles, this in-between state can be great for returning to any wounds or imbalances that resulted from previous passages if you:

Recreate scenarios in the present so that the healing can be done. Psychologically revisit events in deep meditation and dream. Or use your imagination to move to a point in time where you can make "new choices" that remember and build your history more constructively.

All in all, after completing a Passage, one will take as long as needed before the next- so there is no rush as this process is entirely self-determined.
