9 STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES
Even when in our Essence, shining as who we are, there are ways we can still experience weakness or feel we're acting out in poor behavior. These are the
9 Weaknesses. They don't mean we're being bad/ill/wrong- only that we are unaware of the strengths behind these faults.
In truth, each Weakness is only a misunderstood, ignored, resisted, or exploited Strength.
Weaknesses can also describe any reactions from others who may be unfamiliar with, challenged by, or resentful of our Strengths.

All Weaknesses can be turned into Strengths with some understanding and awareness.


These 9 Strengths are divided into 3 Tiers. 3 being in a Truth Tier. 3 in a Love Tier. And 3 in an Energy/Beauty Tier.
Within each Tier, one Strength ACTS, the next INSPIRES and the last EXPRESSES.

 

STRENGTH TRIADS
All Strengths are carried within us, but we tend to choose 1 Strength from each Tier as our Priority Strengths- with 1 Strength based in Action, 1 in Inspiration and 1 in Expression across those 3.

This means there are 6 Strength Dynamics you could embody.
Innovation-Resonance-Intimacy // Innovation-Authenticity-Confidence

Revelation-Curiosity-Intimacy // Revelation-Authenticity-Inclusion
Wisdom-Curiosity-Confidence // Wisdom-Resonance-Inclusion

Simply evaluate each Strength and its positive and negative(weakness) keywords to figure out what your 3 may be. You can also ask "If I did resonate, which one would it be?" 

If you find you don't relate to a Tier/Facet's 3 Strengths, it's most likely because you're convinced you have no rights, strength, power or interest in that area- but you do have a Strength there.


TRANSFORMING WEAKNESS INTO STRENGTH
To move from - to + of any Weakness, you simply require NEUTRALITY and ASSIMILATION.

This means you take time to digest your experiences, bring some awareness to them, and take a break to think, feel or be SLOWER- so that you can catch up to yourself & return with some clarity in your choices.

The Key is not in wielding the Strength, but being aware 
about it so that you can appropriately respond with it.
Each Strength is linked to its corresponding Need in the 9 Needs, so the more you fulfill that Need in its + Spectrum, the more the corresponding Strength would be in its + and actually feel like a strength.
