What are the 9 NEEDS?
The 9 Needs are an interconnected system of physiological, emotional, intellectual and spiritual needs that all beings need. But in particular for sentient species, they are those things we know we need. All our experiences will be judged internally by how they meet the values of these needs.
The more these are fulfilled, the happier and smoother our lives seem to run- but to the extent they are ignored or challenged, so will there be a sense of lack, discontentment, frustration and resentment.

It's mindful to remember however, that these Needs can only be fulfilled by YOU. When you try to impose on others to fulfill these for you, difficulty and struggle will result. The 9 Needs are:

There are 2 Ways to Organize these Needs.
1. In examining each need, you can create 3 Tiers relative to how relevant they are in your daily behavior & sense of fulfillment. With 3 Needs being "Vital" or Primary, 3 being "Important" or Secondary and 3 being "Not Important" or Tertiary.
All Needs are met, of course- be that constructively or destructively. But they are met relative to how important they are to you. This organization can point to which Needs you value and which may be suddenly important in the moment, even if they aren't vital in the longer term of your life. Sometimes, Needs will fluctuate on these Tiers depending upon life circumstances and personal agenda.

2. Each Need has a range of 7 Degrees/Levels it can be manifested.

With Levels 1-3 being Unconscious means of fulfilling that need (These are neglected or rejected needs that are met in reactionary & destructive ways.) Level 4 being Subconscious (These needs are not prioritized nor distracting, simply fulfilled comfortably on auto-pilot.) And Levels 5-7 being Conscious (These needs can sometimes be challenging, but are fulfilled as needed through conscious awareness & active choice.)
Seeing what needs you are most consciously fulfilling, and which are unconsciously fulfilled & difficult to fulfill can lend a lot of insight into how you navigate your days.

Both of these methods can be helpful in seeing what others may be seeking and needing for their healing too.

Or what all kinds of groups- from families, organizations & communities, to nations, civilizations & the world may be seeking collectively.
