EXCHANGE
Exchange is your need to exchange information, energy, goods etc.- something considered of value when with people. For those in higher need of this, greater satisfaction comes when there are valuable, mutual exchanges and interactions- otherwise contact seems pointless.
In -Gossip, there tends to be slander, pointless gossip and distortions of any information shared. In +Wisdom, there is greater knowledge, teaching and learning being shared.

7 DEGREES of Exchange. "Exchange satisfied through..."
Level 1= Slander, warring or provocation. - Level 2= Venting by sharing anger, gossip or frustration. - Level 3= Idle Chatter, banter and small talk.
Level 4= Trade/Barter- physically, emotionally or mentally.
Level 5= Mutual Profit/Gain- benefit exceeds what was exchanged (both sides get more than what was expected from the trade/barter). - Level 6= Understanding self/others by grasping different or opposing perspectives. - Level 7= Comprehension. Teaching by living as an example & Learning from others who do the same- fully allowing everyone to inspire each other.
