SPIRITUALISM
The Spiritualist sees life in terms of POSSIBILITY and POTENTIAL; emphasizing being flexible+open in your perceptions of what could be, and always looking for signs, messages, meaning, interconnectedness and resonance in everything.
You see life as if it's never been seen before, which can lead to excessive credulity or profound awe.

This Attitude inherently senses there IS ALWAYS possibility, even within any challenges or experiences of fear and anxiety- so you find it difficult to lock onto one idea and rather focus more on multiple at once.


This can show as more obviously aware of the spiritual+non-physical as forces to consider in life, but also can be a consideration of imagination, hypotheses, long-term consequences and how thoughts+emotions help shape the world into result+action.

NEGATIVE SPECTRUM
In -Belief, you become confused by a plethora of symbols and mixed messages coming from all around you, leaving the truth of things piled beneath layers upon layers of speculation. So instead, you simply decide if you believe or accept something is true+valid, happened, will happen or is what one must mean by their words/behavior- then it is true- and you'll drown out, proselytize or challenge all else. 

Or you may sense & express great potential and possibility, but can feel exhausted from hopeful optimism or panicked fear if nothing is taking form- and all these possibilities are being lost or squandered to poor choices+circumstances.
 

You will often stretch the truth to elicit strong reactions, either to convince others to believe, or in ways that keep your own mind spinning about everything that could be true or not true. 
In other words,
Belief decisively concludes the range of Potential+Capability in you, your life, experiences, relationships etc. and doesn't allow anyone to see/be any more than that; or sees so much Potential+Capability in these things but cannot decide on any truth/option, most indecisive and confused.

EXCUSES can become your Blind Spot then, where you always justify your behavior as being caused by anything other than you (ie: the universe, fate, chance, obligations, circumstances, others etc.)
You simply use these excuses to avoid responsibility for your choices & evade verifying your beliefs.
So if upset, there will be a reason- and if unsuccessful, it is "this" that had it be so.
This leads to passive perceptions like "Let's see what happens." or "Leave it up to ___." that prevent you from actively making a choice. So you think it's never true that you could believe and interpret blindly/wrongly, or you never consider that you merely need to alter+adapt your efforts.

SLIDING

When you fall into -Belief, you begin to -Resign, give up and stop trying. You know everything there is to know about this situation, relationship, experience etc. so suddenly, everything becomes blindingly exhausting, difficult and too much- and the world turns grey and diminished, as if all its possibilities never mattered.

To move into +Verification, you must Calm Down and recenter yourself through some form of +Tranquility when you decide what's true without any support/evidence it is. Doing this allows you to feel at peace- within the "eye of the storm" where you can validate your beliefs with a clearer conscience.

You may also act on, think about, feel through or express the possibilities you've determined will/must work, to test how +Practical/Efficient they are- growing out of your -Dogmatic insistence on future potentials that simply aren't probable or working well for you now.

POSITIVE SPECTRUM

A shift into +Verification means you cross-reference, validate & investigate your beliefs (what you've been told/decided is possible or potential) by matching them against actuality, experience, history, fact, feedback etc.- always asking questions & questioning even yourself to check if these beliefs are true.

You embrace more loving, inclusive & probable possibilities and alternatives alongside the possible worst and best case-scenarios by using both logic and perception/intuition to seek the truth.

Verification also means taking actual action and risks to Create in the World what you see could be Potential- rather than hoping things will work out. 

As well as listening with an open-mind as a way to help & hear yourself+others out no matter what may be said- rather than feeling compelled to agree with or challenge based on blind assumption.
