7 Essences
There are 7 Energies in the Universe that can become part of one's Essential Way of Being.
These Energies can be seen as either a MODUS or CORE.

Each Energy holds an inherent Nobility or Virtue- 7 Core Values that can be upheld in desperate/unhealthy ways or healthy/confident ways- and a Source of Power you can use to manifest that energy, either by depending upon & extracting it from others to have it, or generating it from within yourself.
What is a Modus?
Modus, short for MODUS OPERANDI- shows what Essential Energy describes how you primarily behave, live, function and relate to others on a DAY TO DAY BASIS. This is the part of you that gravitates to & in return attracts certain relationships, qualities or patterns in daily life.

The Modus is like a TONE we play that allows us to express ourselves & attracts those souls who are looking for that quality to us. However, we'll often find we relate to many different Modus Operandi because of the nature of imprinting, and the fact that alongside our chosen tone, we also convey UNDERTONES too.
In more technical terms, we each specialize in playing a role in daily life- but there are different ways we can play out, respond from and perform that role.
What is A Core?
If your Modus Operandi is how you are on a daily basis, then your Core is who you are when certain CONDITIONS come together that allow you to SHINE- be that in positive or negative ways.
Because of this your Core/Shine is a DORMANT UNDERCURRENT that does not reveal itself until those conditions come together- and you will behave through your Modus and other Personality Traits until then.
Going along with the music analogy above, the Core is like the SONG you're constantly conducting through life.
Or put in more technical terms, it's the part of you that looks at what you've gained at the end of each day from your choices in Communication(Attitude), Experiences(Goal) and Intimacy(Mode).
It represents your INTERNAL LIFE, whereas your Modus represents your EXTERNAL LIFE.

Each Core always has intrinsic qualities that never change, but where it is in Awareness/Evolution will affect how that Core looks/feels.
Every Core also has 7 Types/Facets/Archetypes that shine in different ways too.
Each Core has an inherent Great Lesson unique to it that exemplifies how those with it can wake up to that part of themselves deep within & truly shine as it.
And lastly, every Core has a Number of Inputs that show how you can gain awareness by processing how much you comprehend: the task at hand, what inspires you, what you've created in life, how you create your life and your ability to see+compare everything in the past with the future.
Some Cores can do all of this at once, while others need to look at each of these step by step.
There are 7 Universal Energies of Essence- with one of these representing your dormant Core, and a few mixed together that represent your unique Modus Operandi.
INSPIRATIONAL ENERGIES
SERVER- This is the Caregiver Essence that nourishes the common good.
In the +, it inspires +Service and Nurturing- while in the - it inspires -Bondage, Manipulation and Trapping.
GUIDE- This is the Beacon/Priest Essence that orients all towards the highest good.
In the +, it inspires +Compassion, Benevolence, Guidance and Warmth, while in the - it inspires -Zeal, Stridency, Steering and Earnestness.

EXPRESSIVE ENERGIES
INNOVATOR- This is the Architect/Inventor Essence that forms structure & beauty from chaos.
In the +, it expresses through +Creativity, Ingenuity, Productivity and Structure- while in the - it expresses through
-Delusion, Paranoia, Neuroticism, Bewilderment and Stricture.
NARRATOR- This is the Messenger/Sage Essence that directly or playfully conveys the highest truth.
In the +, it expresses through +Dissemination, Communication, Propagation and Fun- while in the - it expresses through
-Oration, Lecture, Soap-boxing and Turbulence.

ACTIVE ENERGIES
WARRIOR- This is the Defender/Conqueror Essence that loyally protects & actively commits to a worthy cause.
In the +, it acts from +Persuasion, Influence and Cohesion- while in the - it acts from -Coercion and Protection.
MONARCH- This is the Overseer/Director Essence that plans out, delegates across & allows all parts of the whole into motion/activity.
In the +, it acts from +Mastery, Progression and Skillfulness- while in the - it acts from -Tyranny, Enforcement, Repression and Oppression.

ASSIMILATIVE/NEUTRAL ENERGY
SCHOLAR- This is the Explorer Essence that simply wants to know by learning & immersing.
In the +, it assimilates +Knowledge, Experience, Trust and Transformation- while in the - it assimilates -Theory, Logic, Consumption and Abstraction.
Because the Modus+Core do not actually "slide", to move from their - to + would mean you move from the - to + of your Attitude, Goal and Mode first. Thus those create a pathway to the + pole, or a funnel into the - pole.
PACKAGED TOGETHER
If any Energy above is your MODUS, it takes no effort to be it- it's your OUTWARD SELF. The Modus effortlessly and naturally embodies the Mode, Goal, Attitude and even Ego Fear on its corresponding axis.
These qualities often help describe how you and others experience your Essence on a day-to-day basis.

If any Energy above is your CORE, it would describe where you feel/find you SHINE.
The Conditions for each Core to shine are described by the Mode, Goal & Attitude on its corresponding axis. While the Ego Fear influences the Blind-Spot to Love and Great Lesson of that Core.
EXAMPLE 1
A Daily Innovator, Core Monarch may find she's drawn to discovering and creating beauty and order-
embodying Discrimination (in Rejection or Refinement), Skepticism (in Suspicion or Investigation)
& Caution (in Phobia or Deliberation) on a daily basis.
But when the conditions of Dominance (in Dictatorship or Leadership), Realism (in Subjectivity or Objectivity) & Orchestration (in Belligerence or Dynamism) arise, she shines as an Active Overseer for moving, directing & managing her self, relationships or world.
EXAMPLE 2
A Daily Warrior, Core Server may find he is rather active+strategic, a loyally protective warrior that embodies Submission (in Subservience or Devotion), Cynicism (in Denigration or Contradiction) & Perseverance (in Unchanging or Persistence) on a daily basis.
But when the conditions of Reserve (in Inhibition or Restraint), Stoicism (in Resignation or Tranquility) & Re-Evaluation (in Withdrawal or Simplicity) arise- he shines as a Nurturer and Nourisher who seeks to provide what's most needed to help himself+his loved ones heal, matter and grow.
EXAMPLE 3
If your Modus & Core are the same colour, you can either AMPLIFY that energy's behavior to the extremes, or REFINE it because you become incredibly aware of its extremes.
So a Daily and Core Narrator will embody on a daily basis: Acceptance (in Ingratiation or Affection),
Idealism (in Naivety or Coalescence) & Power (in Oppression or Authority/Presence)- and require
these conditions to arise for you to shine too.
So when amplified, this will show up as a highly boisterous and entertaining performer of yourself who brings great levity. While when refined, it shows up as more of a reclusive scholar with deep+rich depths of perspective on the truth.
In actuality, you'll have access to both these versions, and can even switch between them- but in either way, there will still be a lot of -Oration and +Dissemination.
